AudreyGrace
My teacher always tells me to tuck in my shoulder blades and then I will be more stable. But I always forget, and I was just wondering if there were any exercises I could do at home to tuck them in and keep them there. Anything to make my upper back stronger. Thanks! Mel Johnson
Lift up through your chest, but don't let the shoulders rise. That's a good way to suppress sticky-out shoulderblades. Quote Link to comment
