My teacher always tells me to tuck in my shoulder blades and then I will be more stable. But I always forget, and I was just wondering if there were any exercises I could do at home to tuck them in and keep them there. Anything to make my upper back stronger. Thanks! :flowers:

Lift up through your chest, but don't let the shoulders rise. That's a good way to suppress sticky-out shoulderblades.
