PSB Ballerina
Recently I have noticed when I do a developé to the front on my left I can't always reach 90˚ or higher but I could last year. I have my left split and all other positions when I developé to the left or right reach atleast 90˚. I don't have my right split but I can get my leg to 90˚ in the front. Anyone have tips to get your developé higher? Quote Link to comment
Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted November 25, 2011 Administrators Report Share Posted November 25, 2011 Yes, patience. You are probably in a growth spurt, or just past one, and things change in your body when this happens. Also, do remember that the height of the leg is not nearly as important as the placement, rotation, and shape of the foot, meaning, the line you make on the extension. Quote Link to comment
