I found this bio http://deballet.com/artists/brittany-degrofft which says she started at JKO in 2008 on full scholarship and a video on Youtube from 2008 which says she was 17 at the time the video was made. What a lovely dancer she is! Oh, and her ABT bio says she joined the studio company in 2009. Quote Link to comment

And she said then she joined the JKO school (they do accept students up to the age of 20). Hmm ... Perhaps she meant something else? Eheh.
