Sale-el-sol Posted February 2, 2013 Report Share Posted February 2, 2013 I have recently started weight-bearing after a bad lateral ankle sprain that I sustained in ballet class. Are there any exercises I can do (while the ankle is still a little swollen/tight) that will help my ankle range of motion (Especially my point) get back to where it was before?
