MiahMiah
Hello! I have an old student who is attending college in the Santa Barbara area and would like to continue her training outside of school. She's in her early 20s and would love a school that offering intermediate/advanced level adult classes with the possibility of performing in a Nutcracker or something to that effect. I know that State Street Ballet is in the area. Are there any other schools? Quote Link to comment
Temps de cuisse
Santa Barbara Festival Ballet, Denise Rinaldi, director. They use the Cecchetti method. Quote Link to comment
aldballerina
I second Temps de Cuisse. Santa Barbara Festival Ballet is a great school. The main advanced teachers are also faculty at UCSB. They are a part of RDA. They offer adult intermediate and advanced classes. They have an annual Nutcracker at the Arlington with a live orchestra. I highly recommend it. Quote Link to comment
