RedRidingHood Posted May 6, 2013 Report Share Posted May 6, 2013 Yesterday, I sort of half rolled half twisted my ankle on some stairs. It was a bit painful for an hour or two. Today it's a lot less painful and I can walk and point it normally. Should I simply watch my class today, or do what I can ( not jumping on the foot or straining it) Any advice would be very helpful Quote Link to comment
