Wow - they want teachers with Masters degrees and five years experience to teach Mommy & Me, Creative Movement and Pre-Ballet. I wonder how common that is. And how much it pays.

My guess is that it's not that uncommon. Even the woman who teaches the creative dance and mommy and me classes at my local YMCA has a Masters and 10+ years of experience.
