Energy Bars?

I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong section but I have a question about these so called "energy bars" I just started eating Clif Bars and Odwalla Bars before my 3hr ballet classes. Can eating one everyday cause you to gain loads of muscle that aren't needed? In the Odwalla bars that I tried, it says it has 17g of protein! Can that cause you to gain muscles like body builders if you eat them daily?

While I'm not convinced that they are really great for you, I do not think that they will bulk you up like a body builder! :o However, we are not nutritionists here, so cannot answer that question with any factual knowledge.
