Knee problem

My knees have a bone sticking out from them. (My knees touch when my legs are in baby second) it's really hard for me to keep my front knee straight when I work in fifth especially when I do tondues. What can I do? Please help

Sounds like you are hyperextended, and perhaps a bit knock-kneed. There are a whole lot of topics on hyperextension. They will help you understand how to align your bones and get your weight in the right place to help you control the hyperextension.
