When i do a penche, i seam to get stuck about 155 degrees, i can get an 180, but only when we do grande pattements or i go quicky into it. Do you have any idea why and how i can improve that? When someone is stretching with me, like helping me push my leg i can do it also.

OK, you've just hit the borderline between flexibility and strength. There's another post on Young Dancers recently that has a title almost like this one. Ms. Leigh gives an exercise that is a real classic for building both line and strength in arabesque. And my advice there holds here, too! Don't make 180ยบ a goal in itself. Good line and placement are worth far more than a "six o'clock arabesque"! There are also numerous posts in the Young Dancers' Archive - just open your viewing options out to "show all posts" and check out "Stretches and Exercises".
