This is a DVD I purchased recently, it is Trudie Styler's Sculpt and Tone Ballet. It has a barre routine, chair routines and features music from Sting's albums.

 

Has anyone else heard of it or used it?

 

I know Trudie Styler is an actress but wasn't sure if she was ever a professional dancer.
