Ingrown toenails on pointe

I have really bad ingrown toenails, and whenever I go on pointe it kills!! I already put toe pads and toe caps on my big toe, and a spacer. Is there anything else I can do? I am severely in pain.

Ingrown toenails need to be dealt with by a physician. Please get an appointment with a podiatrist. Spacers, pads, and caps are not going to fix them.
