AquaDancer13 Posted April 10, 2017 Report Share Posted April 10, 2017 Hi everyone, I like to use a theraband for foot strengthening exercises. I have problems, however, with it slipping off my feet. It has a "powdery" kind of stuff on it, so it isn't really grippy. If it helps, I got a roll instead of a single band. Anyone know what could be going on/how to fix it?
