dancingmeghan Posted August 17, 2002 Report Share Posted August 17, 2002 I have been trying to get into my center splits for quite some time now but I'm getting really discouraged. Because whenever I try to go down into the center splits, frog stretches, putting my legs against a wall and pushing in or lying on my back and toosh and legs against and just lying there,etc,etc,etc. the pain in my knees are excruciating. I've gone to doctor about knee pains and right now I'm doing strengthening excercises. But I was wondering if this pain is fairly common or if I should not do it. Thanks Link to comment
