How often to do conditioning

Hello! I train in a daytime program (2.5-3 hours a day) and its semi-private so its really intense so by the end of the day I'm super tired and I just manage to do my homework before I go to bed. Since the program is just five days a week I do my conditioning on Sundays usually for abut forty-five minutes but I feel like I need to do more. Should I space it out and do a little bit every day even if I'm dead tired or should I just increase the amount I do on the weekends?

I am not an expert on conditioning, or the timing of it, but I do believe that young dancers need one day a week to let the muscles recover. So, I would suggest perhaps doing some of it more frequently during the week, maybe a bit more on Sat., and take Sun. to recover. Over working can be counter-productive.
