Ballets: Forsythe's Blakeworks

Boston Ballet is performing Blakeworks next month, which is apart of the full-length Forsythe program. I know Paris Opera is another company to have performed it but I was wondering if anyone knew if there were any more companies that have done it? Is there anywhere online to watch the full piece? It's a masterpiece composed to the music of James Blake
