Alexandra Posted August 26, 2002 Report Share Posted August 26, 2002 If you experience problems posting and are prompted to log in repeatedly, you may have a problem with your cookies. Please try the following before requesting help: 1) Try clicking Refresh or Reload. 2) Click the link that says "Clear all Cookies." 3) If neither of the above work, then your cookies may have become corrupted. This especially a problem with IE (internet explorer). Selecting "clear cookies" in your browser tools may not be sufficient. Please do the following to manually remove the forum cookies: Go to IE Tools... Internet Options.... Look under Temporary Internet Files and choose Settings.... View Files.... then locate any cookies associated with Ballet Alert and delete them. The next time you visit the forum and log in, your cookies will be created. You may have cookie problems on other sites you visit too -- try this method to get yourself unstuck Link to comment
