Hi everyone, I’m working on my breathing whilst dancing to release tension and I feel that it’s gradually getting better. However I’m not sure whether to breathe out through the nose or the mouth? What do you do? Any other tips very much appreciated

Arabesque18 practice when relaxing or perhaps just before you go to sleep, in the nose, out the mouth. In class it will be in the nose and out the nose, as one breaths  naturally, but deep breathing exercises are helpful to release stress.
