If you're in the UK, or have overseas access to the BBC iPLayer (which can be arranged outside of the UK), or get BBC via cable, then you will love, love, love this interview of Sylvie Guillem by Deborah Bull at the Edinburgh Festival.

What's so wonderful is that it's two prima ballerinas talking about a shared past. Ms Bull remarks about Mme Guillem's arrival at the Royal Ballet -- she was there! And knew Rudolf Nureyev as they discuss Mme Guillem's work with Nureyev.

 

I hope people can find a way to see this programme -- it's a gem.
