Am I Doing Enough At Home?

Hello!

With the current situation, I am trying to keep improving as much as possible while at home, and hope to put together an adequate home training plan. I am 17 years old, and don’t have a marley floor or gym equipment. Below is roughly what I have been doing at home. Is it acceptable, or do you have any suggestions on what more I should be doing?

Monday

• 2 hr ballet class, 1 hr second ballet class, 1 hr Pilates, 15 min stretching 

Tuesday 

• 2 hr ballet class, 1 hr conditioning, 15 min jump rope, 15 min stretching 

Wednesday

• 2 hr ballet class, 30 min pointe class, 1 hr Progressing Ballet Technique class (conditioning), 15 min stretching 

Thursday

• 2 hr ballet class, 1 hr conditioning, 15 min jump rope, 15 min stretching 

Friday

• 2 hr ballet class, 1 hr second ballet class, 1 hr Pilates, 15 min stretching 

Saturday 

• 2 hr ballet class, 30 min pointe class, 15 min stretching
