Book: Life in Motion

I love Misty Copeland's book, "Life in Motion: An Unlikely ballerina".

I have two versions of it: junior and adult.

Has anyone read this book?

Teenballet--what are some things you enjoyed about the book?  It would be wonderful if we could start a discussion here!  (I have not read the book and our library these days is not operating the way it used to--but it has been on my radar for some time now and I would love to read it!)

Hi @ascballerina !

I don't want to spoil anything if you haven't read it...

I love how open Misty is when she shares her feelings and her childhood all the way till she became the "Firebird".

One thing I really like in the adult version is the color photos of her and the prologue. Its a lot more deeper than the junior version.

I can't wait to read it!  Have a peep around this forum; if you enjoyed Misty's book, you'll likely love reading other biographies of dancers!!
