Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted September 24, 2002 Administrators Report Share Posted September 24, 2002 I'm not sure about ankle strength, but for the arch sit on the floor, stretch your legs out in front of you, place the theraband behind the metartarsals and lapping over the top of the toes. Hold the band and pull in toward you to create resistance and point your foot and flex it. Do about 10 or 20 repetitions with each foot, and then do it again Slowly. Link to comment
