Perfect Performer
Sometimes, When I am walking, Or pointing my toes, OR even doing Bourees,(sp?) The bottoms of my feet will tense up and then just start hurting like I pulled a muscle. Why does this happen? And what's wrong? It only happens every once in awhile. Link to comment
Mel Johnson
Sounds like you may be tensing the feet, and getting them incompletely warmed up during barre. Does this happen outside of the classroom, too? If so, you might consider simply increasing your potassium intake as a sort of first aid, so enjoy a banana, or have a nice baked potato!
