Alright, well i have a problem... the past month and a half I've been doing great at my ballet classes, but the last few days I've been doing horrible! like, I haven't been as flexible as normally i am, and I've had tons of mistakes ad I've been getting really tired during doing some simple steps. Also, I cant concentrate on what my teacher says to do. I'm a little sick but i dunno... is that it? or is it from not enough sleep ? I really don't know and it's only been like this for like three days so yeah...

sorry my post is so long thanks a lot!

Three days is the line for whether or not to go to the doctor. If you start feeling slightly ill, and it lasts more than two days, then call the doctor. In the meantime, take your temperature, just to check. If you have an elevated temp, more than 100º, then there's definitely a problem.

Make sure you read the entire thread, then use what applies to you, and follow that advice. That's why we have an open message board, so people can see answers to problems they have, and not have to make a new post that charges over previously charged-over ground!

(PS. This isn't written particularly to you, Danceon, but applies to everybody who reads these threads.)
