After that date, we will begin compiling data and adding in additional surveys will be extremely difficult. So, if you haven't done so already, please go to the sticky and download the form, send BW a message to request a copy or cut and paste the survey from the sticky. (We've given you lots of ways to get the survey and sending it back via email is simple too.) The survey will be better because you took the time to respond. So, please do so now. With those ABT pre-registration forms already in our mailboxes, this survey will really come in handy in the months ahead. Thanks to all who have replied and to those who keep intending to, but haven't got around to it - the time is NOW ! Link to comment
