Guest Medora
Most ballet schools give a limited number of summer instensive scholarships. How rare are these scholarships, especially for dancers 16 and older. Do you have to be an out of this world dancer to get one? If you make the summer intensive but don't get a scholarship and are 16 or older, does that say that your chances of becoming a professional dancer are not promising? Link to comment
Guest Medora
Its from Le Corsaire, one of my favorite ballets. The story is too long to share, look it up. Link to comment
Administrators Victoria Leigh Posted October 30, 2002 Administrators Report Share Posted October 30, 2002 Medora, there are just not enough scholarships available for all of the talented dancers out there. So, it does not mean you don't have a chance for a career if you don't get a scholarship! Link to comment
