I'm reporting that I'm really psyched today, I happened to step on my scale for the first time in a while, and I've lost 20 POUNDS since I started ballet last Feb. WAHOO! My tight pants are now baggy. I can't wait to get to my target - only 5 more to go.

 

I credit all of it to BALLET!:):D :D :D

Hi Skippy,

 

Ballet 3x per week. Also trying to eat less at night after 6pm.

 

That is it! Just work those muscles!
