Yes, Pilates is a method of exercise designed to completely tone and stretch the body, and also align, and help to correct improper alignment or imbalance in the body. It's a very complicated method requiring massive training to be certified to teach it. There are many systems around now which are derived from Pilates, but not exactly the same.
