Hi You:p I have a starter question... whenever you do promonad are your shoes SUPPOSED to like scrunch up which makes you fall over... I'm getting the idea its NOT :(

Your instincts are good. When you do a promenade, your shoes should remain unscrunched and unpuckered and fitting your feet like a glove, which means not too tight or not too loose. Not only that, but you shouldn't scrunch your foot, called "gripping with the toes", when you do a promenade. Your point of balance is at a place between the back of the ball of the foot and the very beginning of the heel.
